On July 9, 2019, Dream Theater performed at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta as part of their Distance Over Time tour. Organised by Rock 'N Malta, the show featured their signature progressive metal sound and was supported by local bands Ferrett, Nomad Son, and Mirage.
